Roof Repair in Atlanta, GA

Leaks, missing shingles and flashing problems fixed right the first time.

Not every roof problem needs a new roof. Many leaks come from a single failed pipe boot, a lifted shingle or flashing that pulled away from a wall or chimney. We find the real source of the water and fix it, instead of covering it with sealant.

If we see that a repair will not last, we tell you honestly and show you the photos so you can decide.

Materials & warranty

Matching materials and honest advice

We match your existing shingles as closely as possible and use proper flashing and pipe boots, not just caulk. A repair should last as long as the rest of your roof.

If your roof has widespread damage or is near the end of its life, we will tell you. Sometimes a replacement is the better investment, and sometimes a small repair buys you years.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Repair or replacement: how do I know which one I need?

If the damage is limited to one area and the rest of the roof is in good shape, a repair is usually enough. If there are leaks in several places, shingles are curling across the roof, or the deck is soft, replacement is often the better choice. A free inspection will tell you which one makes sense.

How fast can you come out for a leak?

We respond to requests within 24 hours and prioritize active leaks. If water is coming in, we can help protect the area until the repair is done.

Can you match my existing shingles?

In most cases we can find a close match in color and style. On older roofs the color may vary slightly because of sun exposure, and we will show you the options before we install.

Is a roof repair covered by insurance?

Damage from a specific event like a storm, falling tree or hail is often covered. Normal wear and age usually are not. We document the damage so you have what you need to file a claim.
