Free Roof Inspection in Atlanta, GA

The owner climbs your roof, takes photos and shows you exactly what is up there. No pressure.

Most roof problems start small: a cracked pipe boot, a few lifted shingles, a loose piece of flashing. Caught early, they are simple repairs. Left alone, they turn into leaks, rotten wood and mold.

Our inspection is free and comes with no obligation. You get photos of your roof and an honest recommendation, whether that is a small repair, a replacement, or simply “your roof is fine”.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What happens during a free roof inspection?

The owner climbs onto your roof, checks shingles, flashing, vents, gutters and signs of storm damage, and takes photos of everything. Then we sit down with you, show you the photos and explain what we found. The visit usually takes less than an hour.

Is the inspection really free?

Yes. There is no cost and no obligation to hire us. If your roof is in good shape, we will tell you.

Do I need to be home?

It is best if you are there at the end so we can walk you through the photos, but we can also send you the report if you cannot be present.

How long do asphalt shingles last in Georgia?

Standard 3-tab shingles typically last around 20 to 25 years and architectural shingles around 30 to 40 years. Georgia heat, humidity and storms can shorten that, so regular inspections help you plan ahead.
